Chickahominy Environmental Bank

Chickahominy Environmental Bank ("CEB") has been creating and selling wetland credits for over 10 years. We have developed a plan to create and manage a natural wetland community. This plan includes establishment, maintenance, management of non-tidal emergent, scrub-shrub, forested wetland area, upland buffers and habitat buffer corridors.

We provide wetland credits to public agencies, as well as, private developers seeking to complete a development in strict compliance with national, state and/or local requirements. We are able to immediately solve your mitigation permitting requirements.

Located approximately seven miles west of the Chickahominy River Bridge, on the north side of Route 5, our service area includes Richmond, VA and both sides of the James River to Portsmouth, VA.
